Use the provided USB-C cable to plug into a 110V or 220V power socket. It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge. Almost any type of food can be heated up with Heatbox. Ranging from vegies, rice, pastas, potatoes, chicken, meat, fish, soups and other types of food and meals.

Heatbox can be used up to 3 times on a single charge. This usage is based on heating 3 small meals (option ‘low’). Approximately 2 regular or larger meals (options ‘medium’ and ‘high’) can be heated on a single charge. Another factor that can decrease the quantity of using Heatbox to heat meals is using Heatbox to charge your mobile devices.

For relatively small or lighter meals (e.g. vegies) select ‘low’. For a normal sized meal (e.g. rice or pastas) select ‘medium’. For larger and/or dense meals (e.g. soups, meat and potatoes) select ‘high’.

Add 20 ml of water in the morning before you leave home (it won’t mix with your food). Once you get hungry, simply remove the inner lid and turn Heatbox on with the button on the device or the app. After 8-12 minutes, your meal is warm and ready to be consumed.
